I feel your pain bro, and would do the same if not for the reason that other telcos have poor coverage at my home. Have tried DiGi, Celcom and U over the years and unfortunately only maxis works for me so I really have no choice. But for those who have other options and can opt for cheaper plans, then definitely do go for it.
The CS who called my wife asked for us to set the time we wanna go collect but have't send us an email to confirm. Will probably try to contact them via live chat later and check.

I just received call from them to reconfirm again the pre order 🤦
This time even worse ask me my collection is it at maxis seremban (whereas I've chose the Gardens), and the phone colour they mentioned also wrong... Speechless

Ya and I asked them again will I receive any confirmation email they said no.
They still told me the same wait for maxis the gardens to call me for phone collection from 13Nov onwards 🤷

Ok I managed to get my q number waiting for phone. Am going for Zerolution and after their check they said I no need to pay any advance parent.

I got that since pre-order day1 too, so just filled up and submitted ROI form.
Was told by maxis because got system upgrading at their end so some customers are affected.
Anyway, I managed to get my phone from maxis gardens thru the ROI method last Sat morning and whole process was quite smooth from the queue till walk out from maxis with the phone is around 1hr
