I twitted maxis and got this reply on my ROI after telling them I was not given the specific time and date for collection after receiving call from their CS. This is the reply I got: Hi, your order will be processed by our Maxis center that you have been selected and you will received email confirmation once your ordered has been successful. TQ/Lya
Meaning we still need email confirmation??
