Didn’t hear any issue on their system today at the gardens. There is an dedicated line for iPhone collection. When I was there around 3pm, there was no queue at all.
Whole process took abt 10-15 mins only

Mine was own collection. When I went to gardens on fri the ladies in front me who opted for delivery also self collect at the MC. Not sure how she able to do it

Would like to check that if I use my maxis esim together with overseas sim card at the same time, will I still be able to receive call and sms from maxis if I just off the data roaming?

Got my phone within 30mins which was quite fast.
