I don't know why maxis is adamant on making it hard for folks to support them. If not for their only slightly better phone signal in my housing area I would have ported out from them years ago. Sigh...

Maxis just called my wife and asked us to set an appointment to collect the phone at the outlet chosen in the ROI form, which we did. Nice recovery...
