I don't know why maxis is adamant on making it hard for folks to support them. If not for their only slightly better phone signal in my housing area I would have ported out from them years ago. Sigh...

Maxis just called my wife and asked us to set an appointment to collect the phone at the outlet chosen in the ROI form, which we did. Nice recovery... laugh.gif

Went with Pacific Blue Pro Max 128GB, luckily managed to fill the form up before it sold out. The customer service lady apologised profusely, said their system was problematic due to some upgrade works earlier and the volume of traffic. You would think after so many years the “fastest network in Malaysia” would get their online ordering system right... sheeesh....

I regularly see maxis folks hanging inside Switch and Machines outlets to sign people up for their plans. You can walk in after the 13th as another option.

Downgrading to 98? Anything from 128 and above will be eligible for iPhones. Yeah, I went with Pacific Blue since it's the new colour. Graphite is essentially Space Grey biggrin.gif
