Anyone ordered from Switch with Maxis Plan?

I just received a call from Maxis to confirm the plan and device payment amount and mentioned that I can proceed to collect the device from Switch on 13 Nov biggrin.gif

Need to write-in this suggestion to Maxis. I totally agree that a lot of big corporations often offer a lot of new sign-up offers (credit card especially) and absolutely nothing for existing loyal customers, something they all get so wrong. Sign-up offer is necessary but so is keeping your loyal customers happy.

I think they had a loyalty discount for customers. Last year my family member purchased a iPhone 11 with Maxis One Plan 128 and got a 10% discount for loyalty. But of coz, it only applies when you walk in and purchase the device. Not applicable online

Yeap I was surprised to hear that too. Maybe they only offer it to certain customers. No it wasn't during launch date. It was about 1 month after the launch.

Its lucky that I decided to go with Switch (Maxis Plan) and the pick up on 13th Nov is confirmed

No its not counted. After you ROI, you have to wait for Maxis to call you up to confirm your order.

Yeap, celcom generous enough to give charging brick. But other than that and looking at all the previous years, there is no free gifts given for iPhone pre-orders in compared to Samsung / Huawei pre-orders

You gotta check with Maxis on that. Retailers like Switch doesn't allow as their priority is given to their customers who pre-ordered smile.gif

I would say its both pre-order system error and human error. Their pre-order system is the worst among all telco and same goes to their customer service. Just look at those that pre-ordered from Celcom / Digi. Their process is smooth like butter. Unlike us, so many question marks and always in the dark. Call customer service also each giving different answer or couldn't answer.
