Promo phone for loyal subscriber is actually a very good suggestion. Not asking for much. May be something like extra RM200 off contract device for Maxis subscriber who’s been with Maxis for at least 5 years up to RM500 off for Maxis subscriber who’s been staying with Maxis for 10 years or more  

Need to write-in this suggestion to Maxis. I totally agree that a lot of big corporations often offer a lot of new sign-up offers (credit card especially) and absolutely nothing for existing loyal customers, something they all get so wrong. Sign-up offer is necessary but so is keeping your loyal customers happy.

wow great job maxis.. i just received call from maxis, they told me they are cancelling my pre-order, cause no stock.. their website oversupplied...

adding on, they told me they will cancel my order online as well, as i've paid upfront payment, however in website still shows order confirmed.. take money, but no stock.. apa macam ni

Most rubbish service ever maxis. Cancelled my pre order nvm, website order status still confirmed, but backend system cancelled already..

CS ask me walkin to maxis centre to enquire on refund, maxis centre tell me they cannot do anything cause its under HQ. Ding dong ding dong no answers anywhere

walk in, no answers cause its all managed by Finance @ HQ.. now i still dont know whats the status.. no phone nvm, money how? no1 can answer. called cs 3 times, all different answers
