PB China ASEAN Equity Fund, just sold it even though it's starting to "up up".
Is it wise move to put in asnb? Waiting pbb to bank in first.

Hi guys, how can I get "proofing" of asnb total amount?
The banker want my supporting documents for "another savings" than it's bank.

The figures in my passbook are so blur.. can't even see what's it after scanned it.

Shd I bear "rental lost/negative cash flow" (rental - installments + maintenance) for every month and continue invest in asnb?

Or I should have park more money inside my flexi mortage loan account to reduce installments/month? (At least to make it break even?)

Mortage interest = 4.35%
Asnb = around 6?

hmm most of my funds in AS1M... can I contra it into other funds (asw/asm)?

I can only do it by 1st of month? (To prevent lost in dividends)

So I go to bank, asking for top up asw/asm.
Once I got the unit, then show him my as1m book.
"Please help me sell it (as1m) to pay the funds I just topped up?"

received "PENYATA PENGAGIHAN PENDAPATAN AMANAH SAHAM 1MALAYSIA" for the financial year end 30 sep 2016.

Buke pelaburan = 100.00
Kadar Pengagihan pendapatan= 6.10

what's this guys? (100=the amount I open account prior dividends date?)
why they gave me 6.31 sen of dividends?
I thought they it be prorated?
can I change the address for receiving asnb letter in the future?
sien someone open my letter to read my p&c documents...

haha Maybank staff is quite friendly and helpful compared to cimb, rhb... rhb/cimb don't even want to issue q number and keep telling system down. (Same reason use 100 times)
