hat i means the the amount above RM500 at POS office and RM5000 at bank will need officer to get thier supervior perform override.

U must understand what is superviosr override first, actually, that is staff internal stuff, but it will take longer time if need to do override.

maybe at pos office, the supervisor shared password with the staff

Recently tried once at pos office, was told can only try up to 500 as the manager was on holiday. At the end got 490 but could not print. Ended up hand written and went to a bank to top up rm50 to get proper printout to reflect the balance.  I could feel that the pos office staff really tried and I felt quite bad as there were other customers waiting for 15~20mins for RM490 top up.  He used his smartphone to take screen snapshot to show me as proof of transaction.

I oways topped up at pos office. no wonder sometime I saw the lady has to scan at her colleague ID card during the procedure. now I know the reason.

Anybody ever do large topup at Pos? Like 5 digit?
