From the website, it stated 17th oct onward. Is this mean only 18th Oct can start refund or 17th oct and onward can start refund?

S7e screen similar to note 7 isnt it

My friend is having issue with Note 7 and he is in oversea now, something to do with PUK code. Help him to call SME for support, went through the troubleshooting with the CS person over the phone, was put on hold numerous times as well when he is consulting his superior/leader for help. Surprisingly he didn't ask me to shutdown the Note 7 and stop using...

maybe... and he didn't even ask whether me or my friend is aware of the Note 7 recall issue, just thought he would at mention it when I said the phone is Note 7.

Very much agree on that. Way too much premium for something not that particularly premium and innovating.

But with that being said, I don't mind going to i7 or i7+ IF, thats a big IF, the price is lower or similar to N7.

Just got my hands on on the ip7+. Immediately miss my Note 7 screen. Anyway, the speaker from ip7+ is superb. Very loud and crisp. Camera low light is terrible. Hunting to focus and slow.

Saw quite a number of Note 7 users queue up to buy ip7 this morning including me. A random guy behind ask me about the refund thing (seems like he doesn't know the details). And then he use very lansi way told me he don't care about the money, he will just keep the phone because it will become limited edition lol

I'm writing a lengthy mail to convey my dissatisfaction to the mail someone shared before (so called direct to the CEO office). I'm thinking it would be a good idea, to have everyone who agrees to it, to cc all of you in the e-mail, together with all our IMEI (to prove that we're genuine owner) and even cc some press or whatever you all can suggest. It might not change anything now, but you never know, who knows we get something from the next launch. You can privately PM me if interested.
