Previous recall also same thing happened. Courts insisted return all accessories while Livechat with SME saying has issued full memo to partnersregarding accessories not required to return. SME promised to call back but after 5 times Livechat, the CS no call back.

I was told that we could get a refund from the nearest nearest Samsung Express Service Center to lodge a refund
and to hand in your Galaxy Note 7 device. The refund will be done at the preorder price of the Galaxy Note 7 (10% of the RRP- RM3,199.00, which is RM2,879.10).

I think this is useful for those YES customer. I am a Courts customer, therefore, I enquire as well through Samsung Livechat. But before hand, I was advised by the CS that I need to give a call first.

Secondly, I was told that the below are required for refund:

1.Note7 Device
2.Note7 Box *Customer to keep FOC accessories (Wireless Charging Stand + 10200mAh Battery Pack) and inbox items (Charger, earphones etc)
3.Copy of Bank Statement Header (Full Name , Account Number, Bank) to ensure accurate info for online bank transfer)

And lastly, I tried to ask whether SME would consider offer a better compensation for NOTE 7 user.

Young boy whom can't even string one proper sentence in English demanded me to send my phone back today. In his words, it was "This is ***** Samsung. Send your note 7 in Friday." I was outstation and couldn't give a hotdog about what he wants.

My last Samsung product. Won't consider another after this level of customer service, and I'll be hammering the phone before sending it in. Already bought another phone as a substitute.

LOL. Chill, bro. I hope SME actually understands what is "inconvenience" they have caused to the customers. Maybe they thought the customers are a bunch of people who are very free and could do what they have instructed. doh.gif

If you scroll through few pages back, it seems that YES is not really responsive with regards to this matter. Maybe you could try Live Chat with Samsung to get a better answer for this.
