QUOTE(jun @ Feb 3 2007, 05:25 PM)
Well i've been oversea for the last whole week tht's y coudnt reply ur call or sms and the rig suppose to bring it over for my cousin but end up getting a new rig at bangkok.

I do owe u a apologize for making up such a big fuss,if u have time why not meetup and have a lunch at mv?i'm sure we can settle all these stuff once and for all.And yea i dont like the word biatch,u woudnt like i call ur mom a whore too right
*
don't gimme that bullshit. i sent u a bloody pm and i saw ur last online was several hours after sending the pm. cannot reply pm's while overseas but can read is it? and don't gimme that shit u went overseas. then why the f*uck did u ask to meetup on wednesday. lastly, i saw ur mom and her behaviour & seriously, i won't regret what i wrote.

and don't u try to tell the Seller where to meet or what. u should be the one who should come and meet me ok.

seriously, ur one lucky bugger i didn't make a scene over at ur place. u think i don't know what u and ur mom did that day. it was basically like

1) u had a spoilt system - u THOUGHT it was ur processor but u didnt want to test out each component individually.

2) instead, u decided to try ur luck by taking my chip, making it a win win situation (if its ur proc issue, u'll get mine otherwise u'll know its not ur proc that is faulty).

3) u tested it and realized (upon informing u that its most likely the boards fault, since the fans dont power up for more than a sec) its your mobo that was faulty

4) i did mention that the dfi board had 2 years of warranty from alphamatic & u told this to ur mom

4) both of u decided that, 'ok tell this guy off by telling me some bullshit'. all these conversations were done in chinese.

look if ur gonna buy a product, u dont test it first BEFORE you buy it. only after buying it, do u find any issues, u inform the seller. is it so hard to follow this simple principle. do u actually go to a shop say C-Zone and tell them i want to test the hard disk on my system and if its working i'll take it?

the proc is already sold but i will make sure that you don't continue to do this nonsense. u can sweettalk as much as u want but u already have a bad rep here.

Mr. commander, first of all you can always decline his invitation if u didnt want to go to his hse and secure the deal why make so much of rant now? did he force u to go to his hse or verbally threaten you? I still think no matter what you shouldn't call someone's mum a biatch too disrespectful i would said.

The fact that he asked you to bring over a PSU should have sounded warning bells. As much as you needed the dough, you should have held back and dealt with someone more straight forward. Bad luck. But thanks for the heads up though.

look dude,

i dont mind going to his house if he was gonna buy the proc as agreed.
the point is :-

1) he called me to come to his place & next minute his mom makes noise and tells me and my friend to not come to the house and deal elsewhere. 'hello, it was ur son who asked us to come not me'.
2) u dont invite people into ur house and behave rudely. i could have made noise there but i gave enough time to get back to me (2 weeks).
3) if he had this problem, at least be honest. dont make a fool of others by calling them over to save ur own skin.
4) he didnt buy my item in the end

please debate logically and factually dude. seriously, if u want to defend this guy be my guest but if u ever encounter this type of situation ever in ur life, don't regret it and remember this incident ok.

TS has a legit claim here. The buyer used him in order to test his computer components and he would only buy the proc if it was his original proc that was damaged. This isn't the way to handle yourself.

If you wanted help, he could have asked, and perhaps paid the TS for his time for testing. But TS didn't know about this, only that a deal was going on and that he would be paid for the proc.

So now, "jun" is to blame for this considered "FFK" I would be wary of dealing with anyone like him in the future because it's unfair, time consuming and just plainly frustrating.

Plus, TS is only warning people regarding the issue. So heads up and remember this user the next time. I have personally bought and sold many things and I would have been quite pissed if this happened to me.

FFK? Sometimes I arrange to deal and then find out I don't need it but I go ahead and buy it anyway and then get rid of it later by either selling it, or keeping it for future use. Some people just need to handle themselves better and not do things like this to begin with.

If you need your components tested, do it yourself or take it to a computer repair shop. Don't inconvenience anyone like this.

I'm glad there are some concerned and dedicated forumers still surviving in this forum. Without them, this forum would be long gone.

thanks for the warning. this jun will be in my blacklist. Clearly this guy is at fault. Looking into his past record, he should have been given a dispute tag or included into MO list.
