quite stable for daily use.. newer fp like goodix need patch and also new camera sensor need to use patch as well.

For me to say

CM 13
- For purist vanilla android fan.
- Community based developer.
- Might up to date android base, depends on community developer
- Resource usage might be better than MIUI.
- Some propriety sensors might not work due to unavailable driver.

MIUI
- Lots of eye candies
- ROM update release based on xiaomi developers
- Slow android base update (for example, some phone still stuck on 4.4, while it capable upgrade to 6.0)
- Bloated with apps that not all people will use.


Cameras quality actually depends on situation, due to propriety drivers.. but so far it quality for both ROMs are almost the same.

i bought 32gb snapdragon for RM598 form terabyte lazada on last mycyber16 sale. use the mycyber50 kupon for that price. hehe. very cheap considering it's spec...sumore comes with global rom. the skynet guy very nice wait for me meet outside.

if can use cheer75, i might consider buying another one for myself (the one bought is for wife). then sold my redmi note 2 (celcom set warraty by xiaomi...got 2-3 months left).

when i receive my phone, its already has that 'fastboot' screen when i vol down+power..

Fastboot is "standard" to all Xioami's phone; be it Ori or Imported AP. The most important part is Recovery. If your device is Malaysia Ori, it should comes with "Global Stock Recovery". Else, it is Imported/AP/China/Vendor ROM.

Only when the device has Global Stock Recovery, you can OTA.

good if you can enter fastboot...pray if you cant..seriously.

RN4 if you don't give a shit about custom roms and recoveries, RN3 if you do. RN4 had marginally similar single core performance and much better multi core performance.
