It is about 5 mins / 2.7km drive from Kajang KTM/ MRT to Kajang 2. It is probably another 3 mins drive from K2 to TH, total 8 mins (I am making assumption) as google map does not recognize the new link from K2 yet.

I am interested to find out if there are MRT feeder bus to K2 and TH.

How about TH to MRT?

Well the flip side of it is this.. Strata means maintainece fee is higher than fng.

Assuming perunit have to pay 300 per month

10 years is already 36k. That will dent i to the capital appreciation in long term
*
Not forgetting not all residence pay their maintenance fees on time or not paying at all. JMB have to take this into consideration and find ways to cover the cost if revenue collected every month is insufficient, maintenance fee may increase over time. This problem is quite common in strata titled property.

Maintenance fee will increase over time due to inflation as well smile.gif

Tropicana Heights problem clearing Semi D?

I would think Jade Hill have more pahses of Semis on offer...

As well as Tropicana Aman just launched another pahse of Semi D/Zero Lot bungalow ... at a ~300k premium to the previous phase Cheria..

Hopefully it will attract more buyers after the new link road is opened up

Think this development majority buyer r Muslim
. Dog is sensitive to Muslim community

As an owner, i think there is a good mix of ppl from different race and background here.

I think the discussion here on pets is not a matter of religion, but more of due to strata title.

There is no more new launches for 2 storey as of now. Future wise not sure

Fairfield already VPed, you may look for subsales

Parkfield gonna Vped by end of Q3. I dont know any left over units, you may check with Tropicana. Else you might want to get from Subsales

now new launch is Ridgefield majority are townhouses and some 3 storey SemiD going RM2mill.

And macam gonna launch highrise near clubhouse.

Y not you visit the showunit. If its too far away just make a call

Didnt see this reply before. So the townvilla ridgefield 2 storey one is at 800K ? wow i would better get wider/ traditional double storey house then. But like you said most sold out meaning people are ok spending that much money for this type of house.
*
if you can stretch beyond 800k, like Beancounter say, you can explore Fairfield subsale. There could be desperate sellers ready to let go for under 850k.

I think price will just go higher for Tropicana heights. Now Tropicana next phase will be going for strata highrise, heard it would be 500psft. and future phase will be likely highend bungalows.

I m living at parkfield. Safety is good n like very much gateless concept. Never has issues with noise. Air pollution? Not really  feel that. Like the landscape within parkfield n Central Park.
Problem is house value not much increase but it benefit sub sales. Welcome to parkfield.

My I know how much is the maintenance fee for Parkfield 2-storey?
I am also curious about the strata title condition, and if we can install solar panel on the roof.
