They do have few end lot Parkfield at 1M over   . Can I know what was Parkfield launching price intermediate unit ? geeting subsale maybe isnt such a  bad idea if the price isnt to much from launching price.

That Ridgefield for the 2 storey townhouse, do you know what price is that? They have 2 type either 2 storey or 3 storey townhouse, just the 3 storey has extra staircase area at ground.

Didnt see this reply before. So the townvilla ridgefield 2 storey one is at 800K ? wow i would better get wider/ traditional double storey house then. But like you said most sold out meaning people are ok spending that much money for this type of house.

Just check with banks you can find about 5 lelong units of 3-storey for sale at 900k, 3500 sq ft built up, in Tropicana Cheras.
Judging the location and amenities, it looks cheaper than ur entry in Tropicana Heights then.

Tropicana Heights is in latest designed. All cabling  include Tenaga and Telekom are laid under ground
