Malaysia HDA is a real useless body......
til todate....they still haven't been able to incorporate internet services as part of the compulsory requirements such as elec water sewerage and phone line into SPA..... like that how to progress the nation as sillycon valley lah....what hi tech nation lah...jack ma lah.....all BS really.. |

I believe most strata title propertied dont allowance pets to roam freely in common area. If u do havr pet and need to bring him/her out of unit to the outside world, u need to hold them ikn your arm or put them in a carry bag.
