How to know based on the website's site planalone? There are no levels indicated there.

Just curious, do purchasers of EM receive a soft copy of approved building plans in their S&P?

Some rows are higher then the opposite rows by 1 to 3 feet based on google earth....may not be concrete evidence as google earth are not up to date..i would be surprised of this survey but nothing concrete until the actual site inspection is carried out by us or when we can go inside the precinct.....well based on miow miow pics....EW did a good job but this is based on pics only...have to judge based on actual views of the house when u r inside the compound.....

Sometimes higher rebate now is based on price adjusted upwards vs lower rebate based on cheaper price during launching...so bcareful....more rebates does not mean net price cheaper...always calculate by RM per sqft net price better comparison .....

Anyways; Tenderfields + Karisma buyer here.

Yes Jason; Semi D in Tenderfields is the cheapest amongst similar products (GnG) in the south eastern corner of Klang Valley (Kajang; Bangi; Cyber/Putrajaya; Seremban 2). Cap gain should be quite ok if one wishes to sell after 10 years.

Would be more precise if have the copy of approved site plans. From there purchasers would know exactly how much the difference of levels of one row of units to another row of units will be. If like 0.3-0.5m difference only is almost unnoticable with the naked eye. But if got 1m difference, then can see it.

Those every 2 or 3 units then drop, that one different story edi la biggrin.gif

p.s Not offending anyone. Just from my experiences on site only.
