Yolo card

HLA via uob payonline for PBB VS is considered online (6%)

VOX doesn't give cash back for insurance, I guess that same applies to YOLO.

mind to explain how u get 789.22?? hmm.gif if yes, then screw me lor.. cry.gif

on the right, i remove astro portal payment..hence got that amount
*
Yes, I also got your spending only RM 789.22.
Just add everything and minus credit. I take out your payment and cash back.
Usage: 69.75+120.25+80+51.90+20.29+74+74+72.08+14.90+515=1092.17
Refund: (154.95+74+74) = (302.95)
Total= 1092.17-302.95 = 789.22

I got RM 50 cash back from my usual UniFi (TM Portal, OCC UniFi) and TNB (UOBPayOnline). biggrin.gif

It's the UniFi Portal a.k.a. OCC UniFi. laugh.gif

I will argue with them later when they call me back.. whistling.gif

Put that refund amount on October  mad.gif

Well, how can you argue that way when the refund happened in Nov? Don't blame bank, blame merchant or when did you request refund?

I don't see any valid argue point that favor u..
maybe u should just stop it hwre. Look forward n don't argue more which will ended up make everyone here losing.. as mentioned in tnc, bill payment is not eligible.. don't make the bank close the loophole n we will not have enough "online purchase" to cover the min spending of 800
*
His case has nothing to do with bill payments, it's just he didn't achieve RM 800 of spending. laugh.gif

QUOTE(alexwsk @ Dec 22 2016, 11:06 PM)
are you sure that two RM74 credits are for Oct transactions?
i can see that you have two RM74 lazada debit transactions in Nov as well, so normally ppl will assume that two RM74 lazada credits are for the two debits

well, if you want to argue, i think it's better you say it this way:
spending over RM800 and not NET spending over RM800 - not a strong case as then ppl can spend RM800 and get refunded RM800 and still qualify for RM50 cash rebate

UPDATE:
======
just dug thru the tnc again,
Exclusions
11.The following transactions shall not be treated as Qualifying Spend:
f)Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions;

so you hv no pt to argue dy
*
He was referring to the RM 154.95 refund.

QUOTE(arthur88 @ Dec 22 2016, 11:11 PM)
for bolded part, manual pay or auto deduct?
*
Sure it's manual payment. Auto debit no cash back.

My statement date was 8/12 if not mistaken and I thought 20days interest free will be given. And they already charged me late payment fee on 10/12
*
Then, you must have remembered wrongly. Check your statement again. If statement date is 8th, it will only due on 28th.

Can't find the statement date from here but as u can see the last payment was made on 26 November based posting date. As u can see from the email reply I got from them the statement due date 8/12 and they charged 3days after. Is it normal for all the banks?
[attachmentid=8297735][attachmentid=8297736]
*
Check the due date from online statement, it's a statement that can be downloaded.
Statement date is fixed every month, so if you don't know you will miss it again this month. sweat.gif

I didn't see any payment made on 26th? Just PosOnline transaction?

Confirmed Auto Billing for Celcom not eligible. Just checked against my CB for last month.

However, I assume maybe this can fight with CS since YOLO promises CB for all major telcos?
*
Payment via online. Auto billing not necessarily using online.

It's my second month with YOLO and I tried to work out the cashback they credited (Rm39.87)- the closest I get was Rm42 if I exclude the dining expenditure, if include dining, I ought to get Rm58.14!
I tried to exclude TnB and TM uobpayonline and that doesn't bring it close to the cashback. Glad to know utility bills earn cashback via uobpayonline...

I would really miss the Lady's Grocery 10% cashbacks. So sad no longer on offer next year - I received a letter from them telling me what are the lady's offer and it says enjoy 10% cashback on groceries till this year.. sad.gif
*
You can always share the transactions here and we can help to check out. For dining only 3% instead of 6%. smile.gif

QUOTE(Dezs @ Dec 23 2016, 12:05 PM)
Aiyo - lidat then kinda pointless to go back to manual since auto gives a 5% head start. This also probably confirms Tesco Online as eligible cause I was cracking my head on last-last month's CB to get the amount right (unsure of the autobilling that time). But will have another order this month - will double confirm for that one when it comes.
*
Well, only Celcom gives 5% for auto-debit. smile.gif
Other telcos don't but I'm not a fan of auto-debit, prefer manual payment. tongue.gif

Eh? Ini I just found out hahaha... Too loyal to celcom dy my family.. Significant figure cause Im 'chapping' every bill in my family to keep the min. spend in range. I guess CIMB CB should work for the 2% then? Standing Instruction itu Auto Billing/Debit right? (zaman batu a bit here when it comes to banking terms)

Funny note is that CIMB CB throws Tesco Online into the 2% tier, Ikhwan recognises for 5% based on actual delivery date (seems the order date does not matter), then YOLO theoretically should be the best at 6% (--annual fee). Off to the nerd cheapo lab for more research  sweat.gif
*
Yes, VOX recognized Tesco as online and gave cash back, so no doubt YOLO will give the same too.
CIMB CR recognized it as groceries.

Referring to posting date 26nov for pos online.
Oh so it's fixed? Mine 8th every month then
*
That PosOnline transaction is a transaction not payment. Probably, you have mixed up with payment to AEON via PosOnline with payment to UOB. sweat.gif
p/s: I assumed that PosOnline is made for your AEON payment.

I have read the eligible list for 6% online cashback for UOB Yolo Card, but I need confirmation whether I can get 6% online cashback for:

- paying TMNet Streamyx bill, via UOBPayOnline

Pretty much, most of you all mention about UniFi bill, so I want to be sure that it applies to TMNet Streamyx bill.
*
I don't see why it's not. It's basically the same payment gateway.
