QUOTE(peri peri @ Oct 27 2016, 01:37 PM) i got my new replacement cards redi by poslaju. For credit cards, most of the banks have opted for Poslaju mail drop. I checked with Poslaju fellows as I wanted it that way because most of the time my house has nobody around.the posmen just throw the parcel in front my door as deemed received. hahaha. |

QUOTE(peri peri @ Oct 27 2016, 01:47 PM) because of such inappropriate handling by pos, UOB actually wanted me to self collect card at branch, but i die die want snail mail at least. Nope. It is not an inappropriate handling by Pos Malaysia, it is the request by banks. If you can see on the Poslaju packaging, it has mail drop stamp. This is due to heavy PIN & Pay cards replacement exercise, most banks have opted for this option. I got from UOB via Poslaju. |

QUOTE(midnight_plue @ Oct 27 2016, 02:21 PM) yup i think it has that mail drop thingy also, because I received my mbb debit card that way too Then my memory is not wrong. was surprised earlier that it was sent by pos laju but was just left in my mail box without signature of acknowledgement QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Oct 27 2016, 02:26 PM) IMO, mail drop is way way better than "normal" Pos Laju where they don't even bother coming to my condo and just leave at collection centre. And anyway, it is still quite secure because there is a tracking number on the package. Yes, I also prefer this way. Nobody can use the card without verification. The Poslaju in my hometown is too responsible that they don't do mail drop and left a slip to collect from nearest Poslaju. I called and told them to just mail drop it because I really didn't have the time to visit them during working hours as I'm not in my hometown. They were worried someone will use my CC, I ensure them nothing will happen. |

QUOTE(rapple @ Oct 27 2016, 02:29 PM) I get my debit card by Poslaju mail drop but credit card doesn't seem like they will do mail drop. So far all my credit cards received via Poslaju require nothing from me. Last week they send my new credit card but no one at home and i've to collect from poslaju. Now Poslaju even have the biometric to verify for collection of credit card.. |

QUOTE(rapple @ Oct 27 2016, 02:33 PM) Good for you. I have so many cards sent to my hometown address until I know the guys working in Poslaju in my hometown. Every time I call, they will remember and tell me next time whenever they see my credit card, they will just mail drop regardless the instruction from banks. They don't even bother to call me when they reach my house. They will just leave the note there to ask me to go collect from them. I told them, that's more than appreciated by me since my aunt goes to our house every evening to check out our house. |

QUOTE(socratesman @ Oct 27 2016, 09:03 PM) About poslaju mail dropping our cards, just a thought Without activation how to use? Different CVV, how to use? It will not be easily fraud. There are still some online merchants not requiring CVV code during checkout, just key in CC and expiry mm/yy If someone steals the package they will know our CC numbers and a rough idea of expiry date. Example, mine expires on 05/17 and my replacement cards expire on 05/20. So if they correctly guess your existing card's expiry date they could, in theory, make fraudulent transactions. Although In the end, it could be more of a nuisance than trouble, since we hv the liability protection thingy for fraud purchases. |

QUOTE(starry @ Oct 31 2016, 12:25 PM) Hi, No, it's not. I'm sure you have read the statement wrongly. Share your statement here. TreatPoints 3 Years Expiration Period According to the link above, effective 1 August 2013, Maybank Credit Card TreatsPoints will have a 3 years expiration period. I started using my Amex card last month and when I checked my current month statement, it states that the points I earned last month from my Amex card expires on 31 Dec 2016? |

Is there any way I can stop getting physical statements from them besides calling them to stop it? Any way I can do it via M2U? I started receiving physical statements again after I changed my mailing address.

Yes, me too can't because it's already stated statement via email for my credit cards. Time to call CS then.Same case like you. Suddenly receive hard copy statement after updating mailing address |

QUOTE(Lego Warfare @ Nov 1 2016, 11:36 AM) Anyone noticed they keep slowly increasing the points required for redemption without telling everyone? I believe those are postage fees. If you redeem from card centre, will still be 40k TP.Last time Aeon RM100 vouchers required just over 40,000 points, then 42,000+ points, now it's at 46,400 points.. |

QUOTE(Lego Warfare @ Nov 1 2016, 11:44 AM) Those points are from their online catalogue, which means each RMM100 voucher is 46,400 points. So if I redeem RM500 worth, the postage would be 6,400 x 5: 32,000 points as postage cost?? That's really shady... |
