Then internet top up also have its own validity period. If have to top up both sides, is it worth it?

Ya. Not interested in calls. Just wanna top up for internet every month. But now prepaid is no longer worth it due to this stupid base line must be active requirement. I thought top up for 30 days internet validity is already considered keeping the line active.
Just found out I was wrong.

Yup I thought that was the case. Boy was I wrong. Top up 28 for 3gb 1 month validity. 7 days later SMS received my line will be inactive soon. Went official digi store and was informed need to top up 30 to keep line active for 30 days, ONLY THEN can continue to utilize my 3gb.
What a daylight robbery.
So every month will be 30+28=Me 58.
In the end I just paid for super long life rm68 to keep line active for a year. Now just have to top up rm28/month.

I heard um very bad signal. Stuck to digi bcoz have been using it and very good 4g at home.
So I guess the cheapest option for me is pay super long life rm68 lasting a year, and just top up for data monthly.

This also makes me wonder, won't taking monthly digi postpaid rm50 be wiser option?

But the question is, first time I paid rm28 for data. Why base line validity expired in 7 days? Really dunno what their system doing...

i just change from celcom to digi postpaid. However my phone changing from 3g to 4g to nothing in a blink of an eye. one minute fast internet, and one minute nothing. anyboy can help me here? thanks.

normally shopping mall are shared booster one. due to building management required.
How ugly is the mall if TM, maxis, celcom, digi, UM, P1, etc build their own booster inside.

But u can see our beloved times square.
UM deploy itself due to monopoly, and not let other using its 5 indoor boosters.
In the end DiGi build its own at certain levels ( new one )
and old booster still available at certain levels ( should be before 2007 one whr vincent tan own it )

Also, u can see at suria klcc.
Maxis got its own, share with others.
But recently it deploy 225mbps booster. seems self owned.

One U is digi owned. share with others except U Mobile.
U can see two type of booster when u see the ceiling at old wing

Mid Valley is digi owned. shared with all telco.
Garden is Maxis owned. shared with all telco

Sunway abit tricky also.
Some not naming （typical malaysia style)
Old wing got multi telco own booster
New wing by Celcom shared with all
Phase 3 naming is weird but DiGi ad renting the booster.

Pavilion, aeon shah alam and one city mall are owned by UM shared to all.

Changed from Maxis to Digi and it was a complete let-down. I am not certain Digi is having network issues or not. I could not have a data consistency for more than a minute. It been days now and i am in Alor Setar area. On iPhone 7+ apps keeps complaining no internet, it's on/off all the time, including the apps. Chat is impossible with Digi garbage.  I have never experienced phone data behaves this way since stone age.

The weird thing is when it's off, i toggle data on/off on my iphone or reboot, the data will come back on immediately then the problem is back again!

I tested most the places, only one area with small window, one stair up my brother house corned room is usable. The data is always UP!! and can up for hours, day without problem. Which kinda explain It's not the phone's issue. The data is able to stay on phone when the signal is good?

Maxis may be expensive, but they are the best hand down. I may have to try Celcom next and ditch this stone age Digi network. It's a complete disaster.

Question, on digi post paid plan, can you port out immediately, will they put a penalty fine for post paid new account? or there's a time window one has to wait?

Can suggest good data usage app?
