I having same problem as well for quite number of days already. Same case, Mydigi app crashed whenever click on the Add-on button. Website add-on shows nothing. I'm at Broadband 70 Ambassador plan which is equal balance to broadband 100 plan.


Tried to wrote to Digi through FB messenger, no reply at all. Hope Digi can solve it asap.

From the horse's mouth, in respond to my 110 unlimited weekend inquiries. It appears if you signed up after dec 15th, you are on ~1TB weekend quota, else u'll have to wait till next month billing cycle.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in replying your email as we are in the midst of managing high surge of emails and faxes. With reference to your email, kindly take note that based on Digi fair usage policy the unlimited quota is limited to 100GB. However, effective from 15th December 2016 fair usage policy to increase to 999GB.

Thanks for sharing. Well, at least it's good to know I'm not alone facing this issue. Wonder if Digi is having some sort of maintenance work done? I do remember that the mydigi app was updated recently tho..

Its seem that my 3g speed it super slow with a speedtest below 1mbps even tho the coverage is almost full. LTE speed is 10x much faster but with almost no coverage showing in my screen.

yup. 3g digi like shit these day.same level as u mobile 3g.barely passed 1Mbps. in kampung area is mucu better. once in town Gg

looks like that happened since they upgraded the postpaid plan.

Unfortunately im in kampung area laugh.gif . Since i can still get lte so i think its ok. Just bare with it till go back to kl. I miss my 100mbps LTE+ speed

Hi all, anyone know whether digi setia city mall can do replacement simcard? Bcoz my newly sim prepaid bb30 already kaput, bought this morning and now sim cant detect at all..

Pls advice what do I need to do/activate in order to enable my phone to be able to call back home from Hong Kong? Sorry for a noob ques.. as it is my first time travelling overseas and needed to call back home every day where no one is using smartphone at home.

I saw a Budget *111* call rate.. does it mean that the rate for call per minute is rm 2.50? I'm afraid that data will be running without me knowing while I'm in Hong Kong and will cost me a whole bomb later.

Yes. In fact any dealer can replace simcard for u provided u are the owner of the simcard as u need to show them ur ic
