I think it also depends what time you send ur email, if you send during working hour they will respond faster as they will be monitoring their socials.

their twitter reply is slower compared to Maxis or even TM.

Pls check if you are able to do data allocation from your principle line.

Recently, I add 3 supplementary line with plan 28. But I unable to do data allocation from MyDigi App.
Lodge a called to Digi customer service since last week Monday, until now my issue still there.

That's just typical Digi customer service when it comes to getting back to customer. You could ask them a simple question on emails, Digi forum or social media and half the time u get no reply. The other half? at least 24 hours, days to week. 2-3 days is the norm. They are just a freaking loser in customer service. My experience with Maxis is another story, always within an hour, sometime minutes.

digi line getting unstable in my area even when lock to 4G. really pisses me off when playing online games.

umobile will reply u after few weeks when they free, report to MCMC? even worst they will reply u after one month and give u the standard answer. so it is useless to call their customer service... but no doubt they can offer the package which other telco cant
