Nolar. This developer is not new. Is from Kuok Group (Robert Kuok). This developer build the puchong utama and the gombak area before and they also build a lot property in Johor.

I see! How is this puchong utama area in general? Seems like only 2 - 3 entrance to this condo.

How is the price for smallest unit A like now? Any rebate?

Live in Taman Utama there is 2 main entrance flyover bridge by LDP and Jalan Puchong.

Easy to get in and out the area isn't very high density, mostly terrace houses.

Oh i see, will that road be packed jam on peak hours? eg. will use that inner road (front of hill crest height) as short cut from LDP crossing to Jalan Puchong.

How puchong utama area overall?

To be honest. Everywhere will also jam. But the location can have a lot road to the jalan puchong.

Eg, LDP crossing to Jalan Puchong. If accident happen in LDP, can use another road to puchong puteri then cross LDP to Jalan Puchong. If that road also jam then can cross to kinnara from puchong puteri then to jalan puchong.

For your grocery information, the location nearby got Tesco, Aeon Big and Hero Supermarket.

For food information, nearby got a lot of food stall.

For education information, nearby got han ming primary school, kindergarden, tuition center, secondary school and taylor international school.

For others, nearby got JPJ and JPN, Klinik kesihatan (This suitable for the family need to bring their baby for injection.

Thats why just curious about this project being under the radar.

Maybe the developer do less advertisement. You can try to contact the no that I share to arrange visit the show unit in sales gallery. You also can join the FB Group. Just search Hillcrest Height. Inside got a lot construction info.
