π‘π‘π‘ Titijaya lousy developer!!!Listed company but act like low class/debased developer.
Delay for 1 year to sign SPA after done booking & loan approved. Using 4 years to complete the project. After wait for 5 years...Asking for LAD but this so call listed company developer refuse to pay the LAD & give many lousy excuses. Good luck for those people bought the unit from this irresponsible developer....ππΌππΌππΌ |

Last time visited their gallery at Alam Damai beside Petronas. Then there was Guocoland gallery beside them too.
They informed that they will shut down their gallery and shift to site itself. Has it been done? If I remember the land size is 24x45 or something like that. Abit short la |

As usual, there should be 1 fully furnished unit, 1 empty unit and 1 unit for sales office, or the empty unit will be double up as sales office. Attached thumbnail(s)
