I've been a loyal buyer in Gemfive last year, bought most of my electronics/electrical appliances from there especially household appliances and PC parts. Now no more and can't remember my last purchase this year.

11street, well just stingy and I don't like their "time based" voucher download...well who's gonna wait at 11pm/1pm/12am/whatever time to download man...we got work to do...

Lazada is ramping up. Shopee, never bought anything from there.

I think only Lazada is my first choice now, good customer support though, if merchant screws up they are willing to compensate (sorry voucher, fast refund, etc).

The worst customer service is from 11street, took ages to reach them, slow response, slow refund, everything also slow.

Yeah, agree on 11Street bad customer support. I had to sent like two email to get them moving on the refund and received like more than a month later than i was suppose to. Never have to bother with this shit in Lazada.

Anybody ever bought fake casio watches before, No warranty. There's some nice watches here

Guys how do you bank in to Aliexpress?

Wanting to get something from there as local sites does not have it. Even if it have, they are way more expensive over here.

I do not want to enter my card number as being in the "security" field itself, I have seen enough cases.

Local sites do offer Maybank/CIMB etc for easy transfer but sites like Aliexpress dont. Any other way rather than entering card number?

Can you tell us with information on how did it became unsafe? Because it would help all of this topic forumers at least to know a better safety precaution.

I see. Meaning they would know all the details on our card to use at other places, that doesn't require TAC. Thanks for the information. thumbup.gif

Well, like the others mentioned, people can charge to your card as they want.

TAC/pin is just another authentication but can be bypass too for small transaction.
The best is to keep the risk to the very minimal.

Back to the question: Is there any other ways without having to enter card number for aliexpress purchase?

From the android app, seems like there's no other option than cc/dc. I bought several items before on AliExpress(small value). Even got refund from them.
Seems okay for the moment. Of course this is coming from common, non-security field related consumer. tongue.gif
