hello guys , i want to ask about taobao , if i buy 2 items from 2 different sellers , and i choose abx as my shipping courier, and when the 2 items arrive at warehouse, does abx calculate the weight and price for one courier or for 2 different courier?? i hope u guys know what i mean... haha

They calculated all. Total of 2 seller weight is ur weight

so that's mean , they only do postage one time even though the items is from 2 seller??

Yes. But this is the 2nd option in taobao. U must choose correctly

Hi guys, can anyone who are familiar with taobao please pm me? I have something to ask regarding the shipping. I asked the seller, the seller mentioned that they dont ship overseas.
But there is 1 option 官方集运 运费: 海外段 首重 ¥ 20.00/kg 起. What does this means?

Does it mean i can just click that option and taobao will take care of the shipping direct to my house for me?

in taobao web. before payment. there is a page to select shipper
select the center button. i cant remember the name. they will shipped to a ware house. the warehouse will help to ship to MY with a fees

nope,it wont be any cancel order charges.refund takes 5 to 7 working days

For Taobao,
Option 1, TaoBao has an official shipping agent that will ship from CN warehouse to MY Address.
- More pricier if more than 1kg
- Faster since item consolidation is done by Taobao

Option 2, You can choose which shipping agent that will ship from CN warehouse to MY Address.
- Cheaper
- Slightly slower, as you need to consolidate your items after all have arrived at CN warehouse

The seller is correct as they do not ship directly oversea. However, if you choose Option 1 and 2, they are actually shipping to a CN warehouse so this is fine for them.
Seller -> CN warehouse (with your unique code) -> MY address

actually...for Option 1...as long as your single item/parcel is <5kg then it's cheaper

Last time I requested for refund as well, and got it within 2 weeks. Normally they take short time to refund, just that our banks need 1-2 weeks to process.
