Anyone who can't MNP to webe same as me? an issue from 1st November till now no update, no news from Webe. Their customer service just keep telling technical team no update yet. Always told 3 days later but 1 week also no update.

Mine is 2 line, second sub line cannot be purchase and they keep telling me under process for 1 whole week. Last night talk sternly to another CS seems the report just say cannot MNP. Never deal with my actual complaint. After that I managed to purchase the 2nd Sim & collected at Sunway Pyramid this afternoon. 6+ already got the port out message from Umobile. |
