1) old m2u website is obsolete/outdated?

2) the t&c is outdated, along with the old m2u?

but mbb should keep the link/info the same regardless of new or old website.. or jz take out the old website to avoid confusion..

unless you use google's link or from your saved bookmark (old URL), general entry of https://www.maybank2u.com.my/ will redirect to the new M2U.

we dont know how long mbb going to keep the old m2u or when to deprecate the old m2u links too.

if using EPP, how maybank calculate the cashback?

Total amount before conversion will be granted for cash back.
Monthly installment amount after conversion no cash back.

hard to say can be due to many reason, if u apply through the branch maybe u can ask the banker what’s the reason u being rejected

high commitment? not so nice CCRIS?

Maybe you have too many commitments? House or car loans? Or too many credit cards? Or your ccris record has late payment records?

when maybank states that it no longer support e-wallet, what if i paid my grab taxi or fave directly through card? still entitle for Cash back? thanks

Regarding grab, we not sure since it has differ platform.

because there's an option to pay straight through credit card under grab instead of using their grab credits, so was wondering about this haha
