Boost can.

Fave does not work that way. If you are referring to fave pay you can use Amex by linking your credit card to your fave pay account, such that when you pay it is using your Amex to complete the transaction.

It seems that my Barcelona FC got approved after I write email appeal to them, I apply the card during CNY, got rejected, then write email appeal to them at 29th Mar, and got finally approved yesterday

If you apply through card centre they will ask you that question when you apply, for my case I chose send to home and I got it two weeks after card application.

If you are scared just get bigpay and reload your credit card into bigpay and use bigpay to pay for all your bills sure can get cash back.
