I think so too. When I took the screenshot, maybe they were doing backend or frontend update. Now it's done, I think backend will return 404 response if detect server time is not 1am 9/8/22 yet.

I believe banks are like any other small groups that we have out there like Persatuan ABC.
So banks sure have their own Persatuan Bank-bank Malaysia which maybe overseen by BNM and they discuss BNM's directive or what so ever there. In AP's case, maybe all banks agree during their meeting to only disclose their AP involvement @ 9/8/22 2:30pm but Ambank being kiasu, released first.

Sure to be here @ 1am to update on which cards are able to add and which are not from my end.

Not really. Example will be 99 speedmart. They only take Master and Visa so no matter you use SPay or APay or Gpay, as long your card inside is NOT their supported card network (AmEx, UnionPay, Mir...), it will not transact.
