Great price slash but still amd procs+mobo combo is cheaper than its intel counterparts. So for those that not oc'ing and only run their system at stock speed AMD is a better choice.

QUOTE(yosiDa @ Apr 19 2007, 06:01 PM) Almost all 965 chipset mobo can support quad-core, not only those high-end mobo like Commando or DQ6. Gigabyte DS3, DS4, Asus P5B, Biostar Tforce 965PT, Abit AB9 also can support! |

E4400 is it worth it? How about the performance? Is it better to get E6 instead?

QUOTE(alieamin @ Mar 11 2007, 02:00 PM) for me, i already bought mobo n others, just proc left. because im waiting for this Same here. I basically have a complete rig without the proc sitting beside me XDthe quad core price make me drooling Added on April 19, 2007, 10:14 pm QUOTE(nik0ns @ Apr 19 2007, 09:27 PM) i think the mobo price will not going down drastically 2GB RAM = better Vista is a myth. Vista have a better RAM management than XP, and as many Vista users have tested, there are no difference in speed when using 1GB or 2GB. Kinda like having two 1 litre fridge where you fill one with 60% capacity and one with 20% capacity. Waste of space or in this case resourcesbut, price of ram nowadays quite cheap.... i just curious about the ram price.... suddenly drop although ppl tend to upgrade to 2 gig for vista This post has been edited by linkinstreet: Apr 19 2007, 10:14 PM |
