Some waiters abit rude for me. I went to a quite famous kopitiam - australian dairy company. The old waiter interrupt our conversation and dunno why he get offended by himself. I was like what...okay...just let him be. I have to eat vry fast and walk vry fast. P/S: A person doesn't know how to survive in hk. I scare they will scold me if I eat vry slow but I really really like some of their foods.

1. POLO bun from Kam Wah Cafe is vry cheap and super nice! OMG!!
2. Dim Sum Icon - all dim sum are vry cute but a bit pricey
3. Glory bakery which is much more cheaper than the bear bear cookies (dunno from which bakery alrdy) but it is super niceeeee omg!
4. 麦牙酥饼 super cheap and niceee! Can buy at any supermarket!

And many more! OMG

Hi!! 1 is a must!!! That polo bun is just so worth it omg! But u have to make sure u eat faster, the ppl there are vry scary man!

Unlike Taiwan, HK don't have night market that you can walk along and non-stop eating. But thr is still one - Dundas Street. Go this at night! This is somewhr near Mongkok.
You will be able to eat....
1. Vry famous Tofu fa (gt many choices)
2. Curry fishball
3. Bubble tea (msia doesn't have one)
4. Some HK snacks
5. A snack shop which sell products at below market rate

Another two more famous chinese bakery
1. Tai Cheong Bakery - egg tart and the pineapple roll with chicken floss
2. Kee Wah Bakery

Egg Waffle
1. Mammy Pancake at Tsim Shah Tsui (Michelin street food 2017)
P/S: this is worth to try cuz quite diff from msia one and they sell at normal price

Rose-shaped gelato ice-cream
1. Givŕe (you can mix many flavours - lavender, rose, coffee, mango...many many more)

msia definitely doesn't have so can go try hehe!!

Yessss agree on Kam Wah! That one wins hands down for me thumbup.gif

Don't go to Australia Dairy Company in the morning. I received advice to go in the evening where there's less people and true enough, I didn't even have to queue at 3pm. Can just walk in and get a seat immediately.

Other than the Polo Bun, none of the other food fascinates me much. Maybe coz I didn't get to visit some of the popular restaurants except for Mak's Noodle. The dimsum there were pretty alright but I'm too used to Malaysian style of being able to dip in sauces which is uncommon in HK hmm.gif

Wah...that one! HKD6-10(w/without butter). Super cheap and tasty and eat until u feel vry full. Haha!!!

I went in the morning. I lined up for awhile only...abt 5 mins! The old waiter vry rude cuz my friend is a banana so she asked us abt the menu and then the waiter interrupted in cantonese la "ask what ask, you dunno how to read chinese meh?" My friend was not even asking him. Haih! So rude this uncle. Better watch out if you want to go this restaurant LOL

U should go Dundas Street cuz thr gt a lot of street food and some hk snacks. The Tofu Fa thr is vry unique. Up to 20 diff flavours for u to choose. There is one snack shop sell at vry cheap price. You can find many snacks thr from other countries as well. I dont get used to their meat products cuz dunno why I think its abit smelly. Not sure this is bcuz they normally import their meats so it is bit diff from msia one or it is just me. HAHA

Hahahaha why not? Lan Fong Yuen and Tai Cheong egg tart is within 1min walking distance - you can do that together. But to me, I don't really understand the hoo-haa of Tai Cheong. I asked some other friends and they too, agree it's just alright.

Going up to the Peak, you're just planning to check out the view and get down right? I suggest that you get your your peak tram tickets in advance and go for the fast track (short queue): https://www.klook.com/activity/765-peak-tra...rrace-hongkong/

But unfortunately Klook's one all include the Sky Terrace. If you didn't want the Sky Terrace, gotta get your tickets at the counter.

So perhaps after you're back from Victoria Peak can drop by Mak's Noodle for a meal.
I didn't mention "no people" woh hahahaha you said no queue, so I was doubting by asking really? as my friend went there before shop open and there was already a queue.
Forgot the price ady but Kam Wah is officially my favourite char chan teng! The french toast was just as awesome <3 ...hmmm they were rude? I think in comparison, staffs at Kam Wah is pretty nice. It rained a little and my friend were a little wet, the staffs gave him tissues to wipe off - which were surprising to us  laugh.gif coz you know, all the stories we heard on how bad char chan teng can be. But so far I've never really had any bad experience except encountering rude uncles along the road when I ask for direction.

Taufoo fah must go Lantau Island! They have this "spring water taufoofah" hahahahahahaha no idea genuine or not but I can tell you - it's really good. Very refreshing, cooling and silky smooth - almost melting in your mouth. How I missed it!!
