november is cold but it's a breeze compared to their january-march...that's their winter...true winter where it snows
january to march is where their temperature will be everyday 0c and below

going november the temperature would still be around 10c ish

so all comes down to what is your tolerance towards the cold and what kind of cold are you looking for and what kind of jacket do u plan to bring
