Is it fair to customers? certain people got different price

yuh, is really unfair for me to pay RM199 just install for few days, and now they offer RM179, and didn't allow me to change the package.

Last week installed unifi30, I called 100, messaged their fb page, ask some agents. All said can't change.

But based on what? Unifi website still RM199. Otherwise got advertisement, pamphlet etc show RM179. Or we just can say dont want free call plan that worth RM20?

Dang, didn't even know this RM179 offer are out there through resellers....Went to TM point on 20 October to upgrade to 30mbps and the lady who served me didn't even tell about the RM179 offer...now I feel ripped off lol

hi all, for about RM450 what is the best aftermarket router to get so I can replace the stock one? I think most importantly has to be range because I've gone through 2-3 routers and all cannot reach certain areas of the house.

useless, not worth the speed decrease. I've tested before, I'll need 2-3 extenders to reach one of the places of the house. I'd rather have a powerful router, put in middle of the house, and forget about it

Hi, in my 1st bill got 2 section in Service Detail, Residential High Speed Internet & Residential Voice. In Residential High Speed Internet, written UniFi Advance RM169 for up coming month. Pro-rated also based on RM169. But no Hypp TV mention at all in the bill.

Is it my package is RM169 or it is because hypptv free for the 1st month?

Confusing with RM179 offer now. Some said got free call, some said free one month unifi, all sort diff packages. How TM going to bill?

Not mention any about freecall. Just mention Voice IDD from RM20 with desciption "Up to 1000 minutes of FREE talk time from TM fixed lines to international fixed lines and mobiles."

I applied through agent and got 1 month and my friend applied last year from the same agent also 1 month free. My friend is a foreigner and they managed to waive her the RM 500 deposit.

I'm not too familiar with the Budget 2017, haven read it thoroughly.

So is the price drop that we see on Unifi's website a result from the Budget ? 199 -> 179 (30Mbps), 249 -> 229 (50Mbps) ?

Hmm, got a call from TM offering 50Mbps for RM179, but it feels very weird/dodgy.

First of all, I am an existing 5Mbps user, and TM already upgraded my Unifi to 10Mbps for free.

Now they are offering 50Mbps for RM179, but I have to subscribe/register as a new user.

Also, the 50Mbps will only kick in on 1st of January 2017, before that I will get only 30Mbps.

To get this offer, I also have to cancel my existing 5Mbps subscription by myself.

Offer ends today.

Is anyone getting a similar call ?
