The story is this...last week, my voip phone had some terrible noise in it, both in coming and outgoing and at time, cant hear the voice from the other end...vice versa.

As usual called TM, standard SOP, reset from TM end, reboot router/modem. All was well, phone back to normal.

2 Days later, checked my speedtest....sigh now capped at 28Mbps....called them up had no answer as usual, as long as its within the SLA.

So u want the free calls right? Nope no free calls maybe he give u special offer idk.

But the question is... if I switch from vip20 to advance 50 before next year, do i keep that current vip voice plan or get the 600mins ones?
