Is this new promotion come with fixed price rm179?
Because i did received call from telemarketing which offered me upgrade to 30M-RM179. But only offer for 2 years. After 2 years resume back to RM199.

completely no as budget 2017, pm said on 2018 will be price reduction for 50%....

guys need opinion.,..currently using 1 mb streamyx..slow as siput. plan to subscribe to unifi..i see no more vip package.

Now minimum 30 mbps...so should i subscribe now or wait 2017? just worry subscribe now 2017 come out with better plan due to budget 2017...

any other options ? usually use for streaming & direct download ..torrenting = medium usage.. no gaming..

thanks.

better to apply now compare waiting next year as new plan sure not cheap(maybe slow one will be cheap).. plus as budget 2017, tm give double speed this year and price reduction 50% next year 2018....

There is a possibility because they are testing the new ADSL Vectoring tech that give higher speed using copper.
*
it is VDSL vectoring....not ADSL...

TM wont decrease their price... Later revenue down too... maybe just like this time

2018 is General election.... as per budget that been tabled in this year, PM clearly said about this initiative.... yes it hard to believe but based on current condition and prior to 2018, maybe get price reduction.... but not as much like our pm said....maybe up to 50%.... lowest maybe just 10%...

100mbps maybe will get more additional package like hypptv or free iflix and others...depends on tm

if not, downgrade now and wait for next year....

unless they have covered mostly all the major town, then you can happy.... if not, all of this are BS... only cover few area then want to overly show off of your high speed???

But then, "What you've been really wanting" would be misleading if it goes to current Time customers because it feels like a big leap in speed instead of doubling. Don't you think?  hmm.gif  Anyway, I wouldn't get my hope high on this either. notworthy.gif  sweat.gif

until somebody would like to merger with tm(for example google or others give investment to them and make our g happy)

sure we get 1gbps...
