Download speed: 21.51 mbps
Upload speed: 0.65 mbps (very slow)
Ping: 8 ms

They have opened a support ticket for my issue.

Above is my C5 ipv6 setting.

Primary dns is use open dns,  secondary dns i use google dns, i never use default tm dns.

Just got unifi installed. Was given a Tplink archerc5 v2 wireless router. Need to enable wireless vlan to hookup hypptv wirelessly.

Problem: unable to login as 'operator'. I've used all possible passwords found on the internet (h566UniFi, Opr@XXXX, inverted username) nothing works.

admin/admin works for basic management settings.
I am planning to change VLAN settings in order to connect hypptv wirelessly.
I will need operator access to do so.

C5 doesn't have vlan on wifi feature, only vlan on LAN.  Another router TM provide Dlink DIR-850L do have the feature vlan on wifi.

Log in to 192.168.0.1 and check the status. Try manually click the connect button. if still cant connect please check your BTU indicator.

I got 3 routers, Archer C2600 bought my self almost a year ago, and 2 TM routers Archer C5 and DIR-850L. 

Laptop can only use unifi when i set to google dns. if i put auto dns, unifi wont work on my laptop. weird, I use to thought it is the vice versa way instead. Is this normal?

Well, that's the minimum package now. You can't do much. 30Mbps is the minimum. You need good ping for online gaming and all, UniFi fits it.

I'm on full fiber as well.. but Ping always 2x,3x  some time even more.... use LAN ,WiFi also same...

Asked before even technician also came to my house and told me it's above their 80% promised speed. Then I asked what about my previous speed when I got 32-33Mbps, technically it has reduced by 4-5Mbps, they said what I got earlier was just a bonus.
Well, luckily when I complained few months ago, TM hasn't started charging service charge of RM 53.
Nothing much can be done except I get lower than 24Mbps.

The thing with 28Mbps is you can't make it as a case though one may argue that MCMC's regulation is 90% of promised speed which is only 27Mbps and 28M is above it...
