If it's stable 28M is not an issue. At least I don't get buffers whenever I stream any videos. Downloads are in full speed.

Never encountered any user complains here, maybe because most users are 30M users. I'm waiting for it to upgrade my speed but I think by then, many will be upgraded too and TM may cap the speed to 48M?

Obviously. Streamyx cannot be compared with UniFi. The upload speed wins hands down.

You cannot cancel from OCC UniFi lo... It will not allow. You will need to complain via TM first, if they don't entertain then bring it up to MCMC. After that you will be asked to walked in to the nearest TM Point and you will get RM 20 discount.

A lot of us have used Advance packages for more than a year and we cannot get rid of it. It comes as a package. I also wish I can but the reality is we cannot. OCC UniFi doesn't allow you to do that, TM staff confirmed once you cancel your whole package will be cancelled as well.

Rumours say so, just wait and see. After all, you apply Internet connection to use now and not for the intention to get free upgrades. Well, if it gives then bonus for us.

I'm using it alone, overkill for me, already tried to use as much as possible but I'm a freak for fast speed. So the faster the better.

Same as me. My UniFi will be underutilized for half a month next month due to annual leave and after CNY, 6 weeks nobody will be using as I will be travelling to India for project.

My mum always scares me and asks me to switch off every day before I go to work, scared short circuit and burn down the house. Just bought Targus power outlet with surge protector, hope it will help.

Well, that's the minimum package now. You can't do much. 30Mbps is the minimum. You need good ping for online gaming and all, UniFi fits it.

OK la, for my case 3-5ms usually on my mobile phone, on laptop slightly more but still below 10.

People will get annoyed with you if you do that every 30 minutes...

Erm, is it that bad these days? I received SMS already confirmed on my relocation installation, they better come on time as I have dinner appointment. Purposely shifted to morning session and hopefully can complete by afternoon. Previous experience was quite good.
