For the first batch. Most of them have got their loan approved and SNP signed. I'm getting my loan offer letter sign this week and then give to lawyer to settle everything asap..

Loan interest so far I have heard " 4.4 ~ 4.55 ++" 35yrs flexi loan. mostly from from MBB PBB.
Loan amount 80% - 100% which depend on your background.

I have got PBB with 85% loan 4.55% interest...which include my bro as a guarantor (for those financial which is not strong) else loan reject then sakit kepala.. wink.gif

** I also heard there are someone loan rejected. Good news for someone? ...

Before rent out must get approval from dbkl. Saying that u not enough money to pay installment need to rent out 2 room and 1room for own stay.. πŸ˜…

In case of emergency happen.. lower floor and higher cp is the fastest to exit. =)
