For the first batch. Most of them have got their loan approved and SNP signed. I'm getting my loan offer letter sign this week and then give to lawyer to settle everything asap..

Loan interest so far I have heard " 4.4 ~ 4.55 ++" 35yrs flexi loan. mostly from from MBB PBB.
Loan amount 80% - 100% which depend on your background.

I have got PBB with 85% loan 4.55% interest...which include my bro as a guarantor (for those financial which is not strong) else loan reject then sakit kepala.. wink.gif

** I also heard there are someone loan rejected. Good news for someone? ...

anyhow. good luck everyone =)

they give this scoring, i think due to the price of the prop..normally higher price, lower interest rate..
and second, they will check ur credit scoring..they hv their own risk assessment in finding a borrower..

Home loan approved today
Pbb 4.65 blr 1.1
loan amount : RM158,400
Is that rate too high(I don't have EPF)
Maybank head me dont have EPF j igrone me
RHB igrone me too..

Feel like my life are dead😛

I signed all few weeks back.

Pbb 4.45% / 35 years / 90%.
SNP = developer settle
Stamp duty = 2017 rule = free
Loan legal = Rm4k-4.1k+(forgotten actual amount)
MRTA full loan, x 20 years = rm47xx


Anywhere when sign and, notice that lease hold tittle till 2103 but not calculate from 2016-2115.

And LG2 comes with 2 rooms = funeral services.
