Ok, my side here also second highest floor...at least park inside more safer and no need wet during raining....better than park outside...give and take....pusing2 up, pusing2 down, u will get used to it...

For Wangsamas, those 4 lift are sharing for tenants of all floors, no priority service lift for higher floor at all.
In short, 44 levels using 3+1 lift.

Sg govt cond has how many lift per block? Any service lift of higher floors?

Btw those condos are astonishing!!

Agent told me cp highest lvl is 8, lvl 9 is Residence floor.
Where's facilities floor leh? Facilities mixing with cp floor at lvl 8?

Balloting is fair I agree but all units same price imo is not fair. If not benchmark against better counties how to improve? The land price and median income is different in SG, everything รท3 meh.

Guys, need your help. Since this is my first house and my lack of knowledge in this, may i know what is the cost I need to prepare other than DP 10%. Like Legal Fee? Stamp duty? MOT? etc.
