those who submitted to DBKL, how soon after you submit then getting your registration number ?

I think have to wait for 4 months at least.. it may be dragged to 6 months time..

My agent told me probably after chinese new year.. since AK is busy launching another project currently and so probably the next project is wangsamas.

I alrd registered 5 project. Rumawip website not allow me to choose anymore , If I did not submit document to DBKL for previous project as registration was closed & no respond from DBKL too, Can I cancel any 5 of project and choose the new project ?

I remembered that one applied in around Feb 2015 - Full documentation to agents

Got confirmation from agent after following up every month after the first 3 months pass around Sep 2015

So the waiting period once green light from DBKL is around 7 months .. Not sure if anyone lucky enough to get a respond before that or unlucky to wait beyond 7 months

The applicant is for PandanMAS - 900 sft for RM300k

Wondering if anyone apply more than one ?

Pandanmas 1 or 2?
It seem Pandanmas 1 is gonna complete soon. From The out look structure is done and painting also finished, it is so nice.

Hi,may I know whether the non-bumi lot is still available?or is the developer still have unsold non-bumi units left?I am kinda keen to get this project as my first home.

I'm not sure about it .. but payment developer already asking for car park $, already paid 10.8k for piling 30% and earthwork 30%

Why be picky when to buy house is already an issue .. Buy other house in near future then and sell off if not liking it .. Have one better than nothing .. right ?

Pandanmas 2 is 2k+ units.
Pandanmas 1 is only700 unis. Comparing this two project Pandanmas 1 is far low density than Pandanmas 2.
