Heard so many problems with rumawip wangsamas.. No loading bay, no safe passage to the lobby.. and cannot access through Hamilton to wangsamas lobby..

Wow.. it's like rich and miskin tegar segregation.. 😬😬😬😬

The going up and down car park from level 3 to level 1 is very narrow. Can easily scratch the sides of your car if you are not careful

Rumahwip wangsamas is located at the front. Before Hamilton.
Dont understand why is there the need to go through Hamilton to wangsamas lobby? Actually there is no lobby also at wangsamas.

Is actually from Lower Ground 4. You enter at LG4 and the highest car park is at Level 7.

Even flat already 220k to 270k? Then one the restrictions 10 years passed sure can sell up to 450k.

If I am the owners, I will push for additional sinking fund contribution in AGM. And by year 6 will push for common corridor tiling.

Can easily mark the market value up by 10%

There are so many affordable housing with good location in Klang valley.

I do not know what are these young/first time owners complaining about... Only If they willing to do a bit of homeworks...

With 198k for 3 room and walking distance to mall and lrt apartments. This one is a steal.

Yes, most 198k rumawip comes with cement render only. If i were the owner, I don't mind about the corridor. just don't stay there and rent it for RM1500, while monthly installment only RM900+-, plus maintenence around 180. Positive cashflow RM400+-.

u missed the bus izit (a more polite comment compare to just came out of a cave), rumawip CAN be rented out..only cannot sell withing 10 years only from SnP date

Ya, can only rent out to Malaysian I think. End up all these government initiatives to provide housing only benefited veteran investors who knows how to hunt for good buy. I don't think any newbie / first home buyer are smart or quick enough to actually get it.
