usual AK tactics to make money....charging late payment to buyers ,but not so high, cause if buyers want to move in must pay'em first..if buyer want to appeal to dismiss need some time to find documents, process and by the time it's settle, burn 1 month of loan payment to bank just to clear 200,300 of the late payment charge..

Followed my friend for his key collection and quick defect check.
Quality wise looked ok for 200k price.

Pros
Quality main door with door closer, and the sliding door has some brushed to avoid wind noise. LRT noise also not so much.

Cons
Parking damn high. Enter at LG4, parking at 5th floor. Toilet don't have full height tiles. Developed didn't really think about aircond mounting point
