 PC cant start up before POST screen, continuous power up/power down cycle

i face this problem before, take a screwdriver and connect the jumper pins above the battery, while still touching the pins, boot up if see bios screen adi can remove screwdriver

did u try booting using ur secondary BIOS...? the ORI BIOS...? using xpress recovery... press F8 at start up i think... hmm.gif and check ur vCore in BIOS... if it states failed it means something wrong wif MOBO... send to scanart or nationtech whichever the board came from... wink.gif

if it's blank screen right after you power up the system, you can't even press anything to specify boot from secondary bios right?
