if it's blank screen right after you power up the system, you can't even press anything to specify boot from secondary bios right?

did u try booting using ur secondary BIOS...? the ORI BIOS...? using xpress recovery... press F8 at start up i think... 
and check ur vCore in BIOS... if it states failed it means something wrong wif MOBO... send to scanart or nationtech whichever the board came from...
