1st of all the whining is bout the noise when windows are opened up. And noise sudtantially reduced when windows r closed up.

Next argument in gc n fb mainly bout why didn't ppsb provide double glaze windows.

Let's brain storm a bit. If Windows r closed n less noise, how would double glaze windows help when u need air by opening the windows???

Finally Mr. Lee claimed tat he was staying a nite there when all 4 units facing highway at his level r not even done up. Onli 1 approval was given to commence reno tomolo aka 18.12.18. Gd date. No???

So how to justify a nite stay in a bare unit without lights and fans??? Oh ya ac can do the job. My bad. Soli soli.

taikor, i will never buy a unit face highway esp such a major hw like nshw. of cos if pipu alrd bot a unit face hw they will say no problem but thats just kidding themselves. the noise is intolerable and not really fit for living. why would i spent so much money and my unit window cannot open to enjoy the cool nite breeze.. even raining weather i have to close all windows and on the aircon....
i think even if bot for rental will face some problem , tenant may not stay long? or less pipu interested to rent .
btw, my comment also refer to many many unit in MK.. not just ttrying to attack DPC

To clear allall the doubt posted.,  I must clarifify more details.

Immediately after collecting my key last Saturday, I bring my own floor light, stand fan and some necessary items to my unit for testing the condo living here.

Everything is fine here and up to my standards of expectations except the noise pollution in my units as well as the facility level.

The window done a good job in noise insulation.i have No complain on these issue.

Nevertheless, I am kind of person who like enjoy fresh air. I open all window when I go toto sleep.

Anyone who still have any doubt that this is a fake post can pm me. I am more thent willing to clear your doubt

saw some comments reg noise and window spec.

1. I have anticipated that issue when i visited WS2 b4 i bought WS3. Yes, is def a turn off..But then again, is not sth thats uncommon in KL, plus the unit is a lot cheaper facing highway.

2. Double glazing? based on my experience in the industry, no developer for a condo would spec double glazing, unless is a Grade A office building or super high end condo w curtain wall. Plus double glazing for sliding door is heavy.

3. Can only get my key on Jan, long q lor...but considering early handover ,m fine w it.

4. Noise aside, i tot the view is awesome, looking at country ht hill and Empire on the other side
