Anyone managed to successfully claim their airasia BIG point sfrom mobile app? I got some orders disallowed cos the orders had non-store credit voucher used, thus are ineligible for points. Is there such restriction in the first place?

U should know that item full filled by lazada prices always go up and down but it was tagged as best seller at that moment

Bought 4 items on 30th Sept

Received 1 item yesterday afternoon from Gdex all good

1 more item was to be delivered by Poslaju - never arrived. checked the tracking and it mentioned unsuccessful delivery which was super weird since i was at home the whole time. Called pos laju today and she said the item actually has not been delivered its just and internal issue actually. But i can go to the pos laju office to pick it up if i want (its close to my place so makes better sense to me.)

Is there such a thing??? dry.gif confused.gif

Each time i purchase from Lazada app i cannot find any link to key in AirAsia Big points anyway. Only see Berjaya card link to key in BJaya kad number.

Yeah, u can. Unless your goods already atas lori pos laju, then you have to wait. If still at the pos office, you can collect it.
