Bought 4 items on 30th Sept

Received 1 item yesterday afternoon from Gdex all good

1 more item was to be delivered by Poslaju - never arrived. checked the tracking and it mentioned unsuccessful delivery which was super weird since i was at home the whole time. Called pos laju today and she said the item actually has not been delivered its just and internal issue actually. But i can go to the pos laju office to pick it up if i want (its close to my place so makes better sense to me.)

Is there such a thing???
