The conti that holds value best are Mercs.  BMW is notorious for killing the resale value to get the sales numbers up with "pre-reg" promos.  Over the years, I feel that the BMW brand has lost it's appeal and shine compared to Mercedes.  Today, if I were to choose between an AMG Mercedes or M BMW equivalent, I'll take the AMG!    More more daring, exclusive and exciting.
