Yup I did, yesterday.
The CS updated to their system my contact details plus personal details. Collection is from the place you have collected your preorder. YES will call again when nearer to collection date.
As in any screen protector or screen crack protection like what being mentioned by others, YES has no info for that at the moment, they only aware of 1to1 exchange.

Samsung service center don't have phone to loan anymore. (Sunway Pyramid)
Compensation is 1 year screen crack protection with a screen protector.
Those who has bought screen crack + extended warranty will receive call from Samsung to arrange for refund. But only after the exchange date. (Cheh, thought can refund now..)

Don't throw away your old screen protector. It is good when use to remove dust.

Wondering those who got it from YES like myself. Do you guys use the free prepaid SIM that comes with 30GB data for 2 months ? I activated mine but didn't use...
