This year's Vinales seems like MM's 2014 performance, very consistent on top, even when no.2 he's still very close to top..

Warm up, MM just a bit ahead of MV but both were miles ahead of the rest:

at race MV gonna stick behind MM pressuring him for mistake... both (or with rossi) will run-away from others... lol

Now MV become conservative after last race fall huh? No longer dominating the practice or qualifying. Confidence gone as he mentioned that fall is weird "hinting not his fault"?
JL & VR difference by 0.002sec.
Go JL, show VR Dukahati is better than Yammy, haha.

2017 M1 having a serious grip issue...
2016.2 M1 for the factory? since 2016 M1 doing better...
*
How come first 2 races Yamaha did well, now only saying grip issue?
JL talked a lot and reveal he's start using rear brake after 9 years never been using, lol.

I am not sure what the issue is but the conspiracy theorist in me says the Yamaha factory team has to use inferior tyres to make sure they don't run away at the front lol. Hence the email if MV elaborates to public. Hahaha.

Haha, could be...
Yamaha starts suffering grip issue after first 2 races of glory. And MV fully dominated all the preseason tests as well.

So Ferrari of f1 team the next to receive special tyre to spice up the race? Haha.

What a great race by Dovi, not fully fit in the morning but able to win and also recorded the highest record top speed! That wobble at 340+kph over the crest before turn 1 was  scary and good that he did not fell down! Great race also by Petrucci, was hoping he could take 2nd from Vinales but still good performance. Good damage limitation by Rossi but very disappointing by the Hondas especially a clumsy move by Pedrosa.
*
Didn't watch the race, what is the record top speed? Exceed 360kph?

So this week Yamaha will have "normal" tyres and Vinales going to dominate again?

Hopefully not. I want either VR or MM to win this week.

As you dislike, here you go Vinales topped the FP2 as expected. He's showing Rossi this year's Yamaha bike is so great "except the shit tyre conspiracy" haha.

Yeah, at least VR is still in the top 10 but the omen is not looking good on him. Don't get me wrong though, not that I don't want MV to win but I just want the championship to tighten up every time no matter who's at the top!  laugh.gif  I don't have high hopes for VR, he's old anyway, so as long as I have a tight battle right at until the end of the final race, then I'm pretty happy already.  If magically VR can win his 10th, that's just an icing on the cake to show if the old but now underdog can still win. smile.gif
*
I'm hoping Dovizioso can be consistently 1-3 position on all upcoming races, that would spices up the championship. Vinales to struggling with tyre on some tracks. rclxms.gif

Haha so is fair gane now huh laugh.gif

Rossi drop in france then Vinales drop in holland laugh.gif

Vinales seems to suffering Jorge's faith last year, blistering fast at Qatar, then slowly faded as season goes. He seems at time can't explain what's wrong causes the crash, no feeling... While Rossi already explained the turning problem with 2017 M1 and seems to happy with the new chassis at this race...

Lol.

Expected factory Yamaha to suffer here, but suddenly the results is not so bad for them.

One thing for sure, the bikes has no problem in the dry. laugh.gif
*
Suddenly MV can handle new chassis better than VR. Started behind but able to catch up and finish in front of him.

i'm expecting MM to breakthrough early and lead the race alone..laugh.gif

This season nobody able to make breakthrough early and lead the race alone... All winners had some dog fight.. Gone are the days of Lorenzo and Stoner style of race alone winner, which is a good sign for us, haha..

MM did it again by winning at a flag-to-flag race, as well as VR did it again to screw up by pitting too late at a flag-to-flag race!

What has been the closest title fight suddenly bust open with MM a bit far in front now, sigh...  sad.gif  Cannot be just MM and his team who have brain to win in this type of race is it??! Very disappointing race indeed...
*
No worry, MM sometime having heated brain will fall-out in race..

Well possible but he's getting more mature since last year so won't be easy to catch him or push him into a mistake. Th fact that he is so talented and brave also what makes him so good in this flag-to-flag race coz he dares to take the risk to change to slick at the earliest time and able to stay on the bike.

Another thing that I see MM advantage during flag-to-flag is that he changes bike fast! He just hops immediately into the next bike in just one quick jump! Compare that with VR or Zarco who needs to get off to the ground first then hop onto the next bike (Zarco was even worse as he hop off then spun 360 to hop on the next bike!). That should give MM at least 0.5-1 sec advantage already.

YTD MM was lucky.. no rain and he also admitted he almost fell down 3 occasion after swapping.. it was his pure lucky day.

yamaha seems losing ground after shifting from earlier season's chassis which Vinales won to "rossi's customized chassis"? I still remember Vinales said he prefer the earlier season chassis... with that, at least a yamaha rider can be consistently fast by "sacrificing" rossi's result..
