QUOTE(^pomen_GTR^ @ Oct 20 2017, 04:37 PM) the last corner effort in that motegi race to me is just MM just wanna try last hurrahhh.... (nothing harm) to him and dovi.... just if dovi was some sort of newbie, sure will fall into the trap and MM end up leading to finishing line... its like tag pull n push game.. lol plus i think MM already maxed the tyre and couldnt do anything more to counter after the mistake several corners earlier... if not he will leading comfortable win on that lap... Yes, MM tried but failed twice this year, so either his head will have Dovizioso as nemesis and getting mental block like Stoner "Rossi", or come back stronger approach to attack Dovizioso without fear but risking for crash.. haha.

Nowadays Philip Island lap time so close! Dovizioso and MM sticking each other... Gone are the days Stoner almost smoking everyone with 1-2 sec.. Rossi got once very near to him only I remember.

congratz MM. fantastic race overall, nail-biting race from end to end, especially on the leading group.. Ducati was poor though this time. This post has been edited by ciwi1166: Oct 22 2017, 01:42 PM

Great race last weekend! Just unfortunately MM still won while Dovi struggled so much, making the points gap so big now!

QUOTE(ciwi1166 @ Oct 23 2017, 05:36 PM) at least it will go down to the wires... MM can actually wrap up the title in the next race! Dovi needs help now from the others to slot in between him and MM, while MM actually can just play it safe from now on! Despite the entertaining race in Aussie, it's in fact quite a let down in the bigger scheme of things after the Motegi showdown.

QUOTE(Aydee @ Oct 24 2017, 05:36 PM) Scott Redding also not helping Dovi much Yeah, what's with that other Ducati riders?? They did not care about helping another Ducati rider. Only JLo did not fight Dovi but the satellites riders just raced like normal as if they're going against other teams.

I think people like Redding want to prove to people (not ducati bosses) that he can fight with a less superior bike. He is going to Aprilia anyway so he doesn't care. It may backfire on him though coz it does not show 'team spirit'.

Yeah, teams might take notice of that especially if Dovi lost by less than that few points he lost in Aussie. But I think MM will win it by some bigger margin now.
